The only change between the two dyno sessions was the pump swapout to the Adrenalne. There was no special programming needed to see these gains. |

Bob, I finally got on the dyno on Saturday and was very impressed by what I saw. My horsepower went up 25-85 horsepower across the board. The torque gain was even more impressive going up on avereage between 180ftlbs and 200ftlbs on all the programs I have, INCLUDING STOCK. The icp on the 120hp and 140hp programs was 3081 (icp duty cycle was 58.9) and 3057 (icp duty cycle was 57.03). Pulls made on the dyno this time were alot smoother and the graph looks perfect. Now I just need the air to go with the fuel!
BTW, I picked up 40 miles on the front tank alone. That's my favorite thing about this pump. Thank you!
Customer Feedback: I have been running this high pressure oil pump from Diesel Site for about 4500 miles and I love it's performance. With enough high pressure oil to properly run 530 hybrids to their maximum potential, I have seen an increase in horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage. Fuel mileage has gone from getting 150 miles out of my small tank to getting 200 miles out of the small fuel tank. Horsepower and torque also increased with the installation of the pump by as much as 80 horsepower and 200 foot pounds of torque, as proven by the pre and post pump dyno runs. Throttle response is a lot quicker, the truck pulls harder, and the idle is smoother. When I was asked by Bob if I wanted to return the pump for something else, I told him "If you can pry this pump from my cold dead hands, you can have the pump back!" I think there is not a better pump for the price.
Install Notes on PULSE: No problems or concerns. Autoenginuity was installed for before and after ICP pressures and Duty Cycles a few other data items that Bob was looking for.

provided us with charts, graphs, excel spreadsheets and personal feedback. Can't keep a stock turbo together, but I can't believe he's getting those number with a stock turbo anyway. LOL As expected, the Adrenaline made a huge difference for Chris. The larger the injector within the limits of the Adrenaline - the more noticeable fuel mileage, power and performance that you will see. Truck does have the electric fuel system. He is one of two beta testers we have with Hybrids. NO PROGRAM CHANGES AND THAT PUMP ROCKED HIS WORLD. Chris was not one of the original PULSE testers, but I couldn't have sold him up to that anyway. He just doesn't need it...yet.
