New for 2021, we have brand new EPROMs available for purchase. No core is necessary. If you have a 1994 or 1995 6.5L, your tuning options are:
- Purchase a new EPROM with the tuning of your choice. ($395.00)
- Send in your original EPROM for tuning. ($295.00)
- Purchase a new EPROM with the tuning of your choice, and return your original EPROM for a $100 refund. ($395.00 - $100.00 = $295.00)
Heath's Max E Tork Program for 1994-1995 6.5L Turbo Diesel Trucks.
These tunes are done custom per order and can take 3-5 days in processing time.
The Max E Tork when combined with the Turbo-Master provides 40-50 HP
and 100 Foot Pound gains for Towing Applications and 70-80 HP and 100 FP
in Performance Applications. Heath Diesel’s Max E Tork Programs are
fully integrated, and tailored per order to the customer’s application.
The programs improve the transmission functions, as well as improving
both the Fuel Curve and the Timing Curve.
Our tunes are designed to work with our The Turbo-Master - as we do
not use the factory vacuum system. The Turbo-Master boost controller
provides 15 psi under full throttle applications. It allows the turbo to
run much more efficiently and improves turbo responsiveness as well. If
you do not already have a Turbo-Master, you'll need to add one to the
order for $159.00
These upgrades also help lower exhaust temperature and commonly improve fuel mileage.

Special note for the 1994 year model 6.5L: The 1994 year model 6.5L was a split year with injection pump models. We will need to know which model you have to accurately tune your EPROM. The 1994 6.5L typically had a "5068" or a "5521" injection pump model. (There were a number of variants including the 5067, 5288, 5459, 5459, and 5500. These are all early versions of the 5521) You can find this information on the actual injection pump itself. See the image below for reference on where the identification tag is typically located.
