Product Description
This is a rebuilt #DS5521 pump for 1994-2000 Chevy/GMC 6.5L diesels.
Unlike others, our fuel injection pump is rebuilt with all brand new internal parts and a new updated optic sensor.
At this time, you may choose between a pump with PMD or with no mounted PMD - ideal for customers who have relocated their pump mounted driver from the injection pump.
APPLICATIONS:
This pump is a replacement for 5521 model or equivalent types. Equivalent models include: 5288, 5459, 5067, and more.
If your pump is a 5068 model, this 5521 pump will NOT be compatible as a direct swap. Please call us for options.
If your truck is a 1994, you will need to confirm the injection pump part number located on the ID tag plate of the pump as these trucks came equipped with either a 5068 or a 5521 (or equivalent) model.
*Years BEYOND 2000 must also confirm pump model prior to purchase.

CORE INFORMATION:
There are two options to purchase:
a) you may pay a core charge and have a unit shipping prior to your core return
b) you may send your core up ahead and avoid the core
charge - we will email you instructions on where to send the core up
ahead if you choose this option
• If core has damage done to the housing or broken components and sensors, call us first or risk partial or no credit
You have 45 DAYS to return your pump core for a full
core charge refund. You can send any 5521 model or equivalent pump for a core return; we
will accept your core return after the return period but fees may be
involved if there has been too long of a delay. Please call if you know
you will need more time on your return.
DIESELSITE does not provide a return label for core returns at this time.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Our injection pumps come with a 1 year unlimited mile warranty that start on invoice date.
If purchasing our Remote Fuel Filter Kit at time of purchase, we will extend warranty by an additional year.
Your unit MUST BE SENT IN FOR TESTING to CONFIRM REPAIR REQUIRED
for any warranty concerns. A replacement unit will NOT be shipped
ahead. With billet Adrenaline units, your unit will be rebuilt into the
original housing purchased. DIESELSITE will not accept diagnosis from
any individual prior to receiving the unit for testing. There is no
refund unless it is in new and unused/uninstalled
condition.
DIESELSITE is not
responsible for any damages or costs incurred in the event of a claim
and repair including but not limited to labor, towing, or replacement
parts. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for testing; DIESELSITE will be responsible for the testing and reshipment of
your unit in the event of a warranty concern; there is no
charge to bench test at this time.
