This is a full flow exhaust outlet without the Exhaust Backpressure Valve (EBV) for the 1999-2003 7.3L Superduty
Will fit all stock GTP38 Turbos from early 1999-2003 7.3L stock and Garrett GTP38R turbos with non-EBV pedestals. Must use non EBV pedestals with this flange.
