No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  To receive the RMA Number, please call 352-563-5379. You may also email orders@dieselsite.com for and RMA number and instructions. Don't just send a product back without talking with us or we will not be able to credit you for the return.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

BE PROMPT: All items carry a 30-day limited money back guarantee. That means you have 30 days to get it back to us in new and unused condition. However, after 20 days, a 20% restocking fee occurs.  So, if you fail to return the item within the first 20 days then you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

All cores must be returned within 30 days for full credit. If you return your core after 30 days then you will only receive partial credit.  Currently core refunds after thirty days are $100. 


If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your new and unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. All items must be in a new and unused condition unless special conditions were set prior to returning the product. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
