Shipping Information

When can I expect my product to ship?

Most products ordered will ship the same business day.  When there is an exception or backorder it may be the next day or two. Dieselsite/dieselsite.com will notify you by phone or email that there is a delay so please have a correct phone number and email in your order information.

Occasionally a part will be shipped directly from a manufacturer.  We cannot guarantee a ship time on those items, but we will put a note in your order when we send you confirmation of it being shipped that it is coming from the manufacturer. We will give you a time frame to expect your part in that attached note.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Dieselsite/dieselsite.com uses UPS (big brown truck) or the USPS (US Postal Service) for shipping. Orders are usually received within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Items shipping from our Florida location may take over a week to ship to the west coast. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified. So please have correct email and phone number in your order information. You are always welcome to email us about inventory before placing an order.

Free Shipping on some products on our website are to the continental United States only.

Free shipping applies to the continental United States.  If there will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be notified.  Please use a valid email or phone number when ordering.
