• Bolt in replacement with heavy duty parts - the same as those found in our PULSE - for increased longevity and reliability
  • No special programming or programming changes are needed and would be optional
  • Fuel mileage increases have been seen on every truck we've tested - this higher efficiency pump will provide fuel mileage gains that can exceed those of larger pump choices
  • easily supplies stock, stage I and stage II injectors - we even have test trucks running Hybrid 530s (230) that are easily supplied with the oil they needed to produce 85 additional Horsepower and 200 ft/lbs. of torque across the board on their dyno run with a PUMP CHANGE ONLY. Highly modded vehicles and EXTREME Race applications may want a larger solution to supply every last bit of desired oil - but that depends on your pocketbook and personal preference. You can always enjoy the higher volumes with the Adrenaline now and then use our exchange program to move up later to squeeze out those last amounts of oil for maximum potential
  • Need a new HPOP? The Adrenaline is a heavy duty, more efficient, upgraded and higher volume pump than a stock pump and provides fuel mileage increase as well.
  • Less expensive then OEM if your pump gave out on you and you need a replacement
  • up to 25 new parts in every rebuild - 12 of them improved over stock
  • We have reduced the pump's efficiency loss by adding six new precision processes during the assembly of our pumps equating to increased pump volume, better fuel mileage, longer life and smoother operation
  • Every pump incorporates a dual ball bearing cartridge with a larger swashplate and a longer stroke that retains safe, reliable pump operation by maintaining the required rotational freedom of the piston socket for an axial piston pump
  • 90% of our customers on the PULSE waiting list could and should be using the Adrenaline
  • We build 1994-1995 pumps with the anti-drainback feature. They CAN utilize the late model IPR which is much cheaper.
  • Should you need to go bigger, we offer 3 larger options and an "exchange" program to make it easy to move up
  • The Adrenaline HPOP provides more oil than most truck configurations will require - watch this page for more testimonials and truck installs to see if YOUR configuration is listed
  • a core is required and we accept ANY 7.3L HPOP - early or late model - WE WILL TAKE EITHER
  • Everything that we have ever found to cause a failure or weakening in the stock pump has been addressed in all of our pumps
  • INCLUDES new mounting gasket and all external o-rings
  • Does NOT include reservoir gasket
  • High pressure crossover lines are no longer needed. We recommend removing your HX hose so that you don't forget about it and let it eventually rupture and leave your stranded. It's not because of excess pressure from the pump or any other secretive reason - it's common sense. Why leave a line on the truck with potential to get old and blow that serves absolutely no purpose anymore?

Click on the truck pics below to follow our progress. The information you see listed about the trucks currently running the Adrenaline will be updated periodically.  You will be able to see the miles the pumps are accumulating as we update the pages. Our testers were not asked to try anything they weren't comfortable with. Some of our testers were simply picked to give a comparison between the PULSE and the Adrenaline. Listed here are our test trucks, you can find many more customer testimonials by clicking the link below the test truck pics.

We have plenty of trucks that provided data with ICP Pressures, Duty Cycles and some other information that we have used at WOT runs. Some chose to just give us their daily driver runs and they are interesting to look at too. Some of our trucks have dyno sheets and excel spreadsheets for review. We appreciate their time in doing all of this for us and we're happy for the experiences and customer feedback we have been able to collect. Pages will be updated anytime our testers or Adrenaline customers provide more information. These pages are all a work in progress.

The Adrenaline HPOP is a high volume, high pressure oil pump solution for the 7.3L Ford Powerstroke (1994-2003) with verified fuel mileage gains and power increases. This pump supplies most vehicle configurations with enough oil for their stock, stage I, stage II (even split shots) and Hybrid 530 injectors. There's no need to get into a pissing match over pump sizes. That's because all you need to know about High Pressure Oil is this: the more you have over what your injectors need is simply dumped back into your pan. It's not rocket science. In fact, anything significantly larger could be robbing your truck of fuel mileage and horsepower due to aeration, rotational mass and the pump efficiency loss of larger solutions.

We've built pump options in several sizes. We've run as large as 3 times over stock in our own vehicles and we've done the comparisions. We've chosen test trucks with several different setups and configurations of pumps, fuel systems, chips and most importantly injectors so that the findings on our custom test stand could be backed up with testimonials and scan data. Since 2005 we've been designing, building, fixing, rebuilding and destroying high pressure oil solutions. We run and test every new design and prototype in our own vehicles first and have been running nothing but DieselSite pumps since February of 2006. With our Adrenaline, the PULSE and some even larger options we have something to supply any injector demand.

We "size" you to a compatible solution based on your injector size and future plans. That's how we knew that 90% of those on the PULSE waiting list needed nothing larger than this new Adrenaline HPOP and we're more than happy to save them about $1000 with the Adrenaline. That' s savings towards a CPR Fuel System so you can have the fuel you need to go with the oil increase from your new Adrenaline HPOP. You'll love the extra fuel with stock injectors and you'll NEED the fuel if you upgrade to anything else. It's kind of silly having oil and not enough fuel.

UPDATE:

REMEMBER: You can tax any pump under certain conditions using programming or situations that aren't typical. That is how we test our pumps. Don't let someone sell you a bill of goods. Read about the trucks listed above.  Look for a configuration similar to yours and then use some common sense. We don't want you in something that doesn't work, so we're going to tell you the limits. We also don't want you in something too big, that's just not economical and and in most cases it provides no additional benefit.

If you’re looking for a replacement for your stock pump that can handle stock or mild injectors and few larger sizes, one that gives better performance even with stock injectors, has shown mpg gains, and can fit on the smaller budgets, the Adrenaline is the pump for you.

If you’re looking for a race pump for your B-Code or other large injector, the Adrenaline is not the pump for you. Look forward to the beta testing of our next line of HPOP solutions that will cover the the injector market starting where the Adrenaline leaves off. should hit the market at less than $1000.

We take the time to test every pump we build before sending it out and we provide a signed verification of flow testing. There is no chance of getting a pump that isn't working correctly. We know before it leaves here that it will work perfectly for you. We offer an exchange program* for all of our products should you ever go bigger and need a larger option. Most will NEVER need to change or upgrade as the Adrenaline will be the best selling option for the daily driver, tow truck and light to moderately modded trucks. We have seen 1/2 (.5) to 2 mpg fuel mileage increases. Figures can be even greater when towing with the Adrenaline HPOP - with over 2 mpg seen on test vehicles!

The Adrenaline HPOP debuts at only $469, making it the least expensive High Volume, High Pressure Oil Solution on the market. After the introductory period, the Adrenaline will be $569. This introductory period will provide us with crucial information and testing data so the price discount is for trusting us in these early stages of the game and giving us your feedback. We will provide customer feedback and should there be any problems or issues they will be uploaded to these pages as well. So, we could be asking for your permission to post your pics and results when you purchase your Adrenaline.

WARRANTY: On January 1, 2010 - we expect that our warranty will permanently become the same as the Ford OEM stock pump. 12 months. We'll have well over a year on the pumps that were first installed and we'll have piece of mind that our customers have a safe, robust, efficienct pump. There is currently a 90 Day Warranty.

NOTE: Please don't expect unreasonable warranties on any of our pumps. Maximum warranty will never exceed a 12 month warranty. That is the same as OEM. Consider this: these pumps are dependent on clean oil. There are some jokers out there that may never perform any maintenance on their vehicle and we're not covering that stupidity. Sorry to all of you that are meticulous with your vehicle, but we've seen some pretty disgusting trucks.

Every pump purchase will require a pump core. If you purchase online and are not sending your core in with your Express Order, you will be charged $215 which will be refunded upon receipt of an intact core. We do have requirements for your core return. Full refunds will be given for any pump that comes back intact. While they don't have to be a working pump, they cannot have stripped out threads, damage from fire or missing guts. We accept ANY YEAR of pump (early or late model, 1994-2003) Partial refunds will be given to "junk" cores and we will contact you with the refund amount before processing your order or charging your credit card if you are only getting a partial refund.

CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OR YOU FORFEIT YOUR CORE RETURN! NO EXCEPTIONS! WE NEED CORES IN ORDER TO BUILD. WE CAN'T BE WAITING ON CORE RETURNS. NO CORE CHARGE REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS! If you aren't ready to install the pump, please don't order one. THANKS!

PUMP CORES RESEMBLING THE PICTURE BELOW WILL GO INTO OUR JUNK PILE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE CORE CHARGE TO BE DETERMINED AFTER WE CHECK IT OUT. DON'T EXPECT A FULL REFUND FOR SOMETHING YOU GRABBED OUT OF A SALVAGE YARD THAT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BEEN THERE FOR 200 YEARS!

What difference does the look of the pump on the outside make? Of course we expect dirty cores. Oil and mess are normal with a core, but this kind of caked on thick crud is not the norm and is very hard to clean for the next guy. The picture above is a hurricane damaged, sitting in a swamp for a year, stinky like a skunk, rusted solid on the inside and totally useless to us pump. VERY EXTREME. Maybe the pic doesn't look bad, but that pump was gross. Sitting in water for that long rusts the internals away. Salt water also corrodes. It's MRS. Riley's personal preference not to want the scummiest pumps on the planet to work with. She wants to make sure that everyone gets a beautiful looking pump when we send it back to them.

So what if some parts are hanging out? We rework or reuse alot of stock parts, that's why this pump is so much cheaper than the PULSE. Pumps hanging out partially may have been subect to their owner trying to start the truck with it hanging out and that very easily can DESTROY the parts inside and leave you with shrapnel. That is of no use to us.

So, read the above warning on partial refunds as more of a deterent to sending in filthy dirty crap pumps rather than reading it as though we will not be giving fuel core refunds. Our practice of course will be to issue the full amount EXCEPT in extreme circmstances. Plus, who's gonna argue with a redhead? Bottom line: The Mrs. takes apart almost 100% of the pumps and would appreciate you taking a few minutes to clean your pump up before sending it to us.

UPDATE: CORES FROM DUAL PUMP SETUPS WILL NOT RECIEVE A FULL REFUND IF THEY HAVE THREAD DAMAGE. We will issue partial refund for the internals. Dual pump owners have acknowledged a threaded fitting problem with those units. Obviously the cross connect hoses side load the threads and damage them when installing dual setups.  Hydraulic threads must be installed perfectly straight with no sideloading.  Solid steel cross connect hoses will absolutely side load your fittings. Pressure wouldn't blow out hydraulic fittings! They are rated for extreme pressures.  Hydraulic systems cycle in every application and don't cause issues - the PSD is not somehow unique.

This has not been an issue for us with the stock pumps and we have yet to see this in ANY stock pump except for ONE out of hundreds that we have taken apart. It was out of a dual pump application. Because we test every pump we build, the problem quickly showed itself when we tried to attach it to our test stand and we realized it had been stripped out. We did not give a full refund on that pump as the housing was useless to us.

While we hadn't forseen this as an issue that would re-occur, recent posts on the forums have brought it to our attention that this has been an issue for those pump setups. The only place in these pumps where we have seen a problem with threads other than the one with the stripped connection fitting is the plug on the bottom driver's side.  It has given even stock trucks trouble in the past.  It is a known problem and you can purchase a new plug kit from International to fix this.  However, our pumps will utilize a new longer thread bolt that we designed by us to address this issue.
