SPECIAL NOTES: This truck has tested both the PULSE and the ADRENALINE. Customer says that in his truck configuration "I don't think there is any difference between the Adrenaline and the Pulse". More oil from the PULSE was not necessary to improve the performance of his truck.  The Adrenaline was sufficient to give this configuration all that he needed.  Matt has provided TONS of data in excel format for various runs on his truck. The ICP Pressures/Duty cycles are shown, but much more test data is available. We thank Matt for taking the time to compile so much data for us!

Customer Comments: "I tested the Pulse for about 600 miles, then went back to the stock hpop for a few months.  Now, I've run the Adrenaline Pump for about 4,000 miles [as of January 6, 2009].  I don't think there is any difference between the Adrenaline and the Pulse [in my truck].  There is definitely a feeling of more power vs. stock, as my seat-of-the-pants-meter says.  The Adrenaline is able to supply plenty of oil for my Stage II injectors and I have not set a check engine light, unlike many times with the stock hpop.  I have also noticed about 0.5 mpg increase in fuel mileage with the Adrenaline vs. stock [or the Pulse].  It is definitely worth the money for anyone who is running upgraded injectors and wants to completely open them up."

Install Notes on PULSE: Matt installed his own PULSE on the Pulse Tour. The stock fuel system was used for PULSE testing and later swapped out to the OBS CPR Fuel System. No issues were seen with the PULSE and it was tested until requested back by Bob because of a wrong material being used on one of the parts.  See notes on the PULSE under Bob's Truck Bio.

Bob's Notes: Hot running OBS, Tony's original programs rocked in this truck with the PULSE, another well cared for northern truck, One of the original PULSE Tour Trucks, if wanted will be test truck for our new XXXXX (more flow than a PULSE, less than $1000) to show that it works and that there are no benefits to larger choices if the Adrenaline (a smaller choice) is providing all the oil you need.
